I used the pro’s at Rain Soft to install a full water system and reverse Osmosis under sink water filtration system. The full Team set timing expectations, followed up with multiple confirmations and delivered as promised. Most impressive was that I wanted there expertise on all things water but had already acquired through my research the ISpring brand of products for my home. They were incredible understanding of the options available in market place all having there pros and cons and moved forward like a pro with the job hired to do. My professional on site water specialist was Dominic or Dom was a real pro, missed no details, was clean and asked about every way possible to maximize the benefits from my purchase. His attitude and smile are things employers dream to acquire… He should one day own the place! On a side note it’s far from inexpensive, but like always you get what you pay for. I absolutely I have no regrets and would recommend the whole Team and request Dom if possible.

Dominic did a great job! Over and above what I needed. Put a shut off we could get at and even repaired a leak that wasn't even his! The water is great and safe to drink well worth it!

They came to did the installation shortly after we decided to go with them. The Installation was relatively quick. The quality of our water improved significantly .

Gave a very vague appointment time-frame (9AM-1:30pm) and did not confirm a more exact time before showing up. Showed up at 9:15. Did not fix the problem, but simply cleaned the system again (which I had already done.) I indicated that the water continued to flow into the brine tank and overflow into the drain--even when the recharge cycle was complete/off. The tech left before the recharge cycle he initiated had completed. Total cost was more than estimated. I had to determine that the resin tank (inside the brine tank) had developed an 8 gal/hr leak--after the tech left. They did offer to apply a portion of the $180 towards installation of a new system (supplied by me or their name brand), but not as much as originally promised (100 instead of 130). The install cost for softener supplied by me was $600, and the price of a new RainSoft unit (40,000 grain) was $3,300--with a 10 yr warranty. I was able to buy a new 10 yr warranty software from a local store and installed it myself in a little over an hour. Total cost was about $650--rather than $1200 to $3300.
