We were nervous about re-piping our entire house due to Quest piping that was in our home. Carl made this project easy, fast, and professional. We feel he went above and beyond when it came to explaining the process to us and doing the project in a way that was not intrusive to our daily living. He finished it in one day and our system is even better than expected. We would use Carl again in a second!

Showed up on time. Got to work right away. 2 installers working together. I expressed concern to them about wires in the ceiling that are the source of heat in my house. He ensured they could still do the job, they would just have to take extra caution because of the wires. They did an excellent job. The worked very carefully around the wires and completed the job in about 7 hours.

very prompt returning your call. easy access, they have cell phones. went out of their way to have the job complete the same day. kind and courteous men. no problems since work was completed. asked for deposit on day of work, will bill the rest later. still waiting for the bill. Lori D
