Joel from WaterWise reached out almost immediately after my request for quote was submitted. Rafael came over early next day for an initial walkthrough of the project and was super knowledgeable. He offered solid solutions to his assessment of the property and we discussed my priorities and he answered all my questions. He submitted the info and Joel who came back to me with a quote within 10 minutes. It was slightly higher than I expected but Rafael was able to start it same day and finished the job the next day, which was a Sunday. He did a great job in making sure my preferences were taken into account and was personable, easy-going and respectful. The job was done but he actually came back to do a small adjustment which helped optimize one of my irrigation zones. Overall, they got the job done to my specs, did it well, and did it fast. Worth it and would use them again and recommend to others.

Quick response. Tried to charge us for additional work when I had specifically confirmed that the initial estimate included EVERYTHING we asked for. They agreed not to charge more even though they would have if I hadn’t asked up front. The work seems to be good and the tech is very nice.
