John and his team were great, true professionals. They were the second plumbers we had out to investigate our recurring random overflows. Waterworks Plumbing, Inc. was prompt in servicing my plumbing need. The plumber (Mac) who replaced my water heater provided the estimate and completed the work promptly. He kept me informed in detail as he set about his work and completed the new water heater installation. He was extremely professional and thorough in every detail.
