Water Works Services, LLC

Hired Water Works Services to remove an old water softener and replace the coper piping. They were recommended by Home Advisor. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and the work looks great. Then after using the water it was determined that the water pressure was low, most noticeable of the 2nd floor. Contacted Water Works Services and after texting them back and forth, I figured out that the hot water pressure was low. The Plummer indicated that they had turned off the hot water shutoff valve while they were working on the water main piping. I turned the valve to open it up and it just kept spinning. This indicated that the valve was broken, it would not close or open, it was stuck in the middle somewhere. Water Works Services came back out and fixed the valve for no charge. They stood by their work which was a nice surprise.

Extremely prompt and friendly. Price was lower than the parts I looked at in Lowe’s. Extremely happy!!!

My water heater started to leak and I called at least 10 different companies to obtain quotes for its replacement. The quote that I received from James at Water Works came in at a value that was, not only below the rest, but well below the rest. Even though I found this somewhat surprising, I went with them and the replacement was done quickly, without any unexpected costs, and they left the work area clean and tidy. Because this went so well, I had them come back a few weeks later and had them replace my water softener. I had the same wonderful experience! I have nothing but good things to say about Water Works and will use their services for all future work.

Polite and efficient.

Quick, efficient, polite. A very good experience. I was surprised that in these times they did not wear or have masks. They were happy to wear the ones I supplied.

Did really good job! Very pleased!

Quick bid, very straight forward in presentation. Answered all questions quickly. Neat and professional installation, very friendly. Would deal with them again if needed.

It's very rare to have a team of professionals do an outstanding PROFESSIONAL job and come in a BELOW the estimate given. Not only that but they showed up ON TIME and took pride in their work. They even cleaned up the little mess they made installing our new TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER. AND they even did me a favor fixing a drain line whose support "J" brackets had broken. NICE guys, HARD workers, Intelligent and GREAT WORK ETHIC. Great job, Great Price, Quick install - what more could you ask for? Hire this company - James Schmucker and his helper Monroe are now dear friends. Looking forward to their annual maintenance visits. THANK YOU GENTLEMEN for a wonderful job well done.

We got a reverse osmosis system for under our kitchen sink and the whole process seemed like too much work. I tried calling several area plumbers, but most did not have time, were too expensive, etc. My wife found Water Works, LLC and we got a quote and scheduled them. James and his partner did the install very professionally and inexpensively. Both guys were knowledgable and very kind to work with. What went from an ominous-looking job on my end, turned into a really great experience. Hire these guys!

James and Monroe were great! Came in did a great job quickly.

This company did very good work. Very informative in letting me know what they are doing and what I need to know. I will hire them again as well as recommend them.

Professional and true to the timing quoted...which was very efficient.
