They charge $425.00 for service call. Took them four trips to my home before the pump was fixed. This was not my fault they couldn't get it fixed so it wasn't leaking but I feel I've been charged for four service calls. Total bill to replace the ceramic seal in the pump was $674.85. I could have bought a new pump off eBay for a heck of a lot less than that and paid someone to put it in for me. I will never call this company again. Have had nothing but bad luck with businesses out of Marion, In. Never again!!!!
