Don't use these people. They will scam you out of your money. The owner is also extremely rude and lies.

1.0 Terrance M. Miami, FL

I'm giving the rating earned by Efficient Renovations, LLC owner Mike (Michael Manfredonia) and partner Carlos Garcia of Roofing . The project started in March of 2023 and still haven't been completed. I was nickle and dimed up to $20K and failed multiple inspections from the half baked and incomplete work done. The underlying motive was to ensure that I failed inspections and over charging me so that I would have to sale my property to this company. They are predators to their customers. I experienced a bait and switch: one partner did a half baked job and the other partner cold called me to ask me if I wanted to sell my property. Here are the things that went wrong: 1. Extended the kitchen area and reduced the size of the living room 2. Charged me for disposing of debris after I had the county come pick up the renovation debris 3. Charged me for granite back splash and it didn't fit (cut wrong and never came to fix it) 4. Left holes in the ceiling 5. I paid for painting that was never completed 6. I paid for a refrigerator separation wall that never got installed 7. I was given the wrong refrigerator measurements because I didn't use Carlos' appliance referral 8. I paid for plumbing that wasn't fixed in the owner's suite bedroom 9. There was tampering with my tankless water heater from the workers 10. The workers used the A/C and never turned it off...causing an unnecessary bill 11. The workers never turned off the lights...causing an unnecessary bill 12. I agreed to things and paid for things that didn't appear on the invoice 13. My signature was manipulated and appeared on invoices that I didn't sign 14. I paid for carpeting for 4 bedrooms and never received any 15. Carlos Garcia was never responsive and ignored calls, texts and other communications 16. I experienced no-shows from Carlos Garcia and crew. 17. My property was left unlocked and unsecured for multiple days in the 4 months and the project hasn't been completed by Efficient Renovations, LLC. 18. My keys were never returned. This has been the worst experience ever. The company should change its name to Very Inefficient Renovations, LLC and Rooftop Predators You guys owe me $800 for the back splash, $1500 for the carpet, $500 for the painting of the bar countertop, $200 for the holes in the ceiling on both sides, $250 for the plumbing errors, $350 for the debris cleaning , $50 for lock changing, $100 for electrictity bill and $275 for multiple failed inspections.

5.0 Arthur S. Miami Beach, FL

My name is Arthur and I had Jerome from Roof 4 Less come out to my home and provide me with Roofing service and additionally some handyman services like Installed a Lighting Fixture, Repaired Cabinets, Repaired our Door. They did a good job for a fair price and were on time.

5.0 Nick S. Miami, FL

I had Simon from roof for Less come out to my home and look at my roof. I had a leak and my roof needed a lot of repairs. The job was well done and we are very happy to have hired Roof 4 Less.

5.0 Mike G. Lake Worth, FL

I had Roof 4 Less, LLC come to my home and do installation and repairs to our roof. We were very happy with the results and they were professional at their job.
