Jim did an excellent job! Even though I was out of state he was willing to work with cleaning up my deceased uncles property. He sent pics as progress was made and despite a slight miscommunication, he made sure everything I asked for was completed in a timely fashion. The realtor was impressed with the end result as well. I was happy to hear he would be recycling items that could be instead of just going into a dump.

Jim deserves 5+ stars! The service was incredible from start to finish. Jim got back to me immediately after I contacted him. We set up a date to meet and see what needed to be cleaned out. He let us know when he would be back to clean. He was again on time and communicated excellently. We had a big clean because we were selling our home, and he did the job all by himself and took a couple of days. In today's world, it really means something when someone has excellent communication skills and is committed to getting a job done quickly and efficiently, since those kinds of skills can be rare. Please do yourself a favor and hire Jim for your trash removal needs. He is very friendly and hardworking. Thank you, Jim. I'll be sure to recommend you to anyone looking for this kind of work.
