I really hate to be a negative reviewer but I feel Rodrigo has given me no choice. He poured a garage slab in July and never came back to cut the expansion joints or remove some wood forms he put on one end. For months when I texted him he would reply....usually saying that he was coming "next week " or something along those lines. My last text to him was "still waiting Rodrigo " and he never replied at all. He was paid in full on the last day he was here. Rodrigo.....if you're reading this, I will be happy to adjust my review once you complete the job.

Rodrigo and his workers did a great job, this was a big job to excavate our basement floor, installed french drains and tied into a new sump pump, laid gravel and cemented a new floor, resurface the walls and then applied spray foam insulation to the walls. We met with Rodrigo and Michelle on day one and found them to be very laid back and easy to communicate with. Michelle especially helped make the process go smoothly.

We hired Rodrigo to build a New Concrete Foundation for A 3 car Garage in our home. They did an Excellent Job We have to say very Professional, Always available by Phone or in Person, The Price for the job was Reasonable, The Crew really Knew what they were doing. The job was Completed in No Time and we are delighted with the results. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND WATER FALLS TO ANYONE WITHOUT NO DOUBT!!!

We signed two contracts with owner Rodrigo at Waterfalls Construction, the first on March 11, 2016. We paid off the first contract which included a garage foundation; four footings for a new walkway; and installing a dry well and drainage in front of garages. We then gave him a deposit to complete additional work even though he needed to correct some issues in the first contract. Issues: footings not placed according to plan; drainage placed incorrectly to keep water out of garage (Subsequent heavy rains have indicated that the dry well used was not correctly sized and we had water intrusion into the garages); two large boulders were left sticking out of ground directly in front of the new garage door making it impossible to enter. The second contract was to remove the destroyed driveway and replace it, place pavers around driveway and walkway and grade, loam and seed yard in construction area. After removing old driveway and putting down crushed stone, all work stopped for 3 months. Repeated phone calls, text, and emails were either ignored or answered that they would be back the following week, however it was always a no-show. We were then forced to fire Waterfalls construction and obtain a contractor who was able to complete all the work in a few days. This was at additional cost to us, as heavy equipment was needed to remove boulders and the crushed rock needed to be removed as it had not been put at a depth for proper drainage, and the drainage channels had to be moved. On Oct 12 ,Rodrigo came to our house and assured us that he would refund the $3050 we advanced him to complete the project. No check has arrived, no response to emails or texts, phone mail boxes are full so no way to communicate

This company is a model for what i believe is the foundation of good business practices.They do what they say there going do!!When there going to do it and do it well!!!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Demolished old basement slab, installed a perimeter drain pipe, replaced several lally columns, put down poly and 2" rigid foam insulation, and poured a new slab. Was happy with everything except the drain pipe, which does not slope quite properly.

I'm a general contractor who needed a new foundation for an addition. My regular sub contractor for foundation work had retired so I needed a new one. I used home advisor to find one, and wasn't disappointed. All the candidates responded promptly to my initial call. I chose Waterfalls construction after meeting with Rodrigo at the job, and getting his proposal. Rodrigo, and his crew,were prompt, hard working, and efficient. I would, and will use Rodrigo again.

We hired Rodrigo to build a stone wall in our yard. While it took a couple of extra days to get the stone that matched existing stone, once the crew started working, our project was finished quickly. We ended up adding a walkway. The cost was very reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. Rodrigo was friendly and very responsive to any concerns that we had. We have a beautiful new entry to our yard!

Rodrigo works for me on a high end condos conversion project. He is very responsible and very cooperative to my general contractor builder. He helped me make the decision in a complicated project situation. He understands what I need better than I do. When my neighbor is not happy about what happened on the property line during his construction, he was listening and patiently explained. At the end of the day, this neighbor hired him to do her yard project. You can see how he turns a conflict into his more business. I would hire him again in my next project.

They did a great job and did it quickly. I appreciated how they accommodated my requirements to have the work performed on a weekend, that the owner was onsite, all the staff were curtious and that any changes or questions were brought to me quickly.

They came onetime, did what we asked and came in under the original quote. Even our neighbors commented on how hard working they were. We are thinking of using them again for fencing our backyard.

Rodrigo and his crew did an excellent job of building our front steps and walkway. He understood (probably better than we did) what we were looking for. When he completed the job he did a few nice touches and made the entire project look fantastic. In addition, he and his crew were very nice and a pleasure to work with. Rodrigo was there when he said he would be and the he was reasonably priced. I look forward to hiring him again for additional landscape projects.

Rod & company are very prompt, courteous & knowledgeable. Not-with-standing the late rains that inundated Central New England this past month, they have been on schedule & budget. Will certainly recommend them & hire again for future projects.

Rodrigo and his team at Waterfalls Landscaping did a very good job on my stone wall and porch. We were pleased with the results and are having him quote another project this week.
