I normally would ask around for reliable worker.....and actually I did, but fountain ponds are abundant and got no response from others. Out on a limb I gave this a try and received a quick response. Timing was right and I got my job done within 3 days. Not only was Jason kind, his incredible young men came and finished the job in 4 hours. We hired Waterfalls Northwest, Jason Charter owner, to re-landscape the backyard of our new home. Its a third of an acre and was done very basic. We wanted a pond, with waterfall, a stump waterfalll, pergola, planters, plants and flowers. Jason is a hands on owner, and when meeting with him and talking to him on day one, we knew we found the right guy for the job. Heâ s not your typical landscaper drawing up the plans, etc. he went though our wants and then offered ideas, using paint to outline the pond in the yard, etc. He did an amazing job with the entire project, the pond is amazing, we can even float rafts in the pond in the summer. Jason captured everything we wanted and more, his ideas were perfect to what we wanted. We would recommend Northwest Waterfalls to anyone. We even had a couple come here who were thinking of having Jason do a water feature in their yard and after meeting us they immediately hired him. We love our yard, it looks like a park and is perfect for us and our pups.

Quick service. The three gentlemen came and dug four holes for me and then even installed my garden arbor. They did a splendid job. I definitely would recommend Waterfalls Northwest, LLC.

Mr. Charter has a knack at making water features look natural.

Jason brought us a 10 ft fresh tree. He land Preston lit and decorated it. We also had him install lit garlands and a wreath at our entry. He's personable, hardworking and kept our home neat and tidy. Highly recommended!

Actual service was replace a pump on an existing water feature.

Installed pump for waterfall and battery operated timer for my under ground sprinklers that are knot on power.

The owner was great but his employees did not show up once and left debris from trimmings all over our yard and in our waterfall. We were told that we would be partially refunded but never saw the money again.

Set appointment right on time.

Work was always done in timely manner, they come out and do preventive work. Jason has a keen eye for his work, and always able to make things look natural
