Waterfalls Pool Service did a phenomenal job resolving a pool algae problem I was having. They were prompt in their service, extremely friendly, and thorough. Waterfalls did not just treat symptoms of the problem, they made sure they addressed and resolved the root of the problem. Thanks to Waterfalls I had a beautiful blue pool for July 4th weekend!

I hired Alex and his team about 1 month ago. I needed a full service cleaning service and one that would take good care of my pool and equipment. The good news is that Alex and team has followed through on each and every aspect of taking care of my pool. They not only provide great cleaning service, but when equipment goes bad, they are the first to make you aware and timely to address corrective action. I give them my full support and a 5 star recommendation.

Waterfalls pool service - Service should not be in the name of their business, as their is zero customer service. I am shocked that they run their business this way. After spending over $1200 on servicing, our pool light went out and it's been over a week and still have not heard back from them. There is also no accountability on the quality of their service. New home owners/pool owners beware of being taken advantage of!!!

We would consider that normal wear and tear and not an issue with our service, and would not be able to replace for free. Also, we told you about the fixture, it was in very bad shape."

I contacted 6 different companies; 2 never responded, 2 wanted to up sell me thousands of dollars in upgrades and things I did not want or need; 2 responded. Ultimately I hired Alex because he could do the work in a reasonable timeframe. He was communicative, kept appointments, did what I asked and was honest. The prices were extremely reasonable as pool work goes. I had two companies quote me previously over $1000 to repair(they wanted to rip out and replace) an electrical component where Alex advised me it was only a relay, less than $200. Professional, respectful and reasonable!
