"All of our customers are very important to us. Brian contacted us after we left the job and said we missed a couple areas around a window. I told him we would be back out to do another customers home in his area the week of July 24th and that we would stop back and clean what we missed. The job we were supposed to do fell through and we have not yet been back up to that area. I forgot to call Brian back to reschedule a time for us to come back. We have since contacted Brian and offered to come out clean the areas we missed and also offered him a free pressure wash of his home in the future."

The gentlemen were knowledgeable and went out of their way to do an excellent job. I will definately use them again. My house looks as nice as when it was built. The took extra precautions to not damage the shrubs and plants.

Jim was great. Showed up when expected and did as good a job as was possible. The house had sat with dirty siding for a number of years, and all the stain did not come out, however, that wasn't Jim's fault.

Jim called and set a date and time when they would be there. Called when weather interfered. Set up another date and time and were there when they said they would be there. They did a great job. I would hire them again.

waterfalls power washing was great!! Jim and his son came when they said they would and worked for six hours and did everything we asked Their work was outstanding and very reasonable as to price we would give them the highest recommendation
