We are plumbers who specialize in water system installation & maintenance of 110+ systems, and our FREE "Triple Testing" program guarantees the quality of your drinking water in writing. Our primary purification equipment makes water 33% purer than competition. BUT… 6. We WILL NOT install or repair grease traps, electrical outlets, PRV’s, or well pumps.

Caused damage caused by leaking from point of install, I now have low water pressure and a continuous water faucet leak that the owner refuses to even look at even though the work is supposed to be warranted. Told me my home was old and to call a plumber! Horrible company.

It is difficult to answer you completely because when we spoke to you originally, you were quite upset and claimed that there was a low pressure situation throughout the house caused by a problem at the point of use in the kitchen. This, of course, is impossible. Then, later we heard from Home Advisor that you claimed a competitor had said that our whole house application was a misapplication that caused the low pressure and that you needed to replace it with a $7000 system to solve the problem, which you wanted us to pay for. We take pride in our work and we are still offering to replace your cartridge for the cost of the service call plus part at $265. What we are not willing to do is give you $7000 based on the claim of an unscrupulous competitor."

He was highly knowledgeable about his product offerings while maintaining professional ethics by not bashing or bad mouthing the competition. His consultative no-pressure delivery was refreshing. When it came down to show time, the install tech (Josh Bryant) nailed it. He had us up and running in no time. His professionalism and great personality made the install enjoyable.
