Excellent and prompt service from start to finish. Highly recommended. Up-front pricing. I had to pay extra to upgrade vent to get up to code, but was definitely told ahead of time there would be a chance since I was upgrading from a 40 gal to 50 gal water heater.

The work was performed yesterday. They charged us higher than we were quoted. One of the workers told my father that he would charge the quoted price if he was paid a certain amount of cash on the side... This is the absolute worst customer service... When contacting the owner/manager Steve, he hung up the phone. They only pretend to care until the job is complete. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, should've read the google reviews on this company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY. THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED INSIDE YOUR HOME.

They did a great job. They not only removed the old water heater and installed the new one in an hour, but they also helped clean up the mess from the leak and what was left on the utility room floor after the removal of the old water heater.

Such nice guys to work with. There were some issues in our house that affected installation of the new hot water heater and these guys addressed it, found the right people to fix it and in no time, the heater was installed. They understood that there is an elderly disabled senior citizen that lives here and they did their best to get everything done quickly, completely and left no mess!
