Water Heaters Plumbing and Drains

Rafael the owner is very efficient, prompt, very honest and trustworthy. He was at the job in less than a half hour. He gives free estimates and was honest enough to let me know that the hot water heater did not need to be replaced. It just needed to be re-set. I would definitely recommend him and his company if you want an honest company to do your job. I would give him an A+ rating.

He was over within a few minutes. He gave a good price quote for the job and started immediately. Unfortunately. the floor under the water heater was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. He called in professional he knew personally who fixed the floor the next day. The water heater was installed the same day, and my kitchen faucet was replaced. I am happy with the results. He is a very pleasant and considerate person.

I was highly impressed by the representative of the Water Heaters Plumbing and Drains professionalism, and thoroughness but 2 points in particular stood out to me and imho put these guys above the competition. First point being that the employee was genuinely likable. There was no “while we’re at it, lemme suggest more stuff than you need” etc. The second point being the surprisingly reasonable pricing. The gentleman explained the company’s business practice and its approach to pricing which were refreshing to say the least in today’s economic climate. I will absolutely be going to them for future needs as they relate to… well their name says it all!

Let me just say I couldn't be happier with the plumbing service. Rafael came out and fixed my shower. He is so professional, trustworthy and respectful. Work was completed and he cleaned the area like he was never here. It's hard to find a good plumber these days but I'm happy to say I found my go to plumber and I will be referring u over to everyone I know. Thank u again Rafael. Amazing work. Rafael replaced our mixing valve that had failed in the bathtub And all associated hardware with the mixing valve. Great plumber and will i will use him in the future. His price was much better than any competitor price

He arrived when he said he would . Raphael quickly diagnosed exactly what was wrong with the water heater and replaced the gas control valve as well as the thermocouple assembly. We didn't have Hot water for a few days so for him to get things up and running the same day was a amazing! He was polite gave us a fair price for the work being done. And went above and beyond to get this done!

Both father and son are experienced and knowledgeable. They seem up to date on current codes and products. They were quick to start and finished installing two difficult water heaters in half a day. They had to make some small adjustments because of our old house which were done well

Rafael was so helpful, easy to work with and knowledgable. He called us within fifteen minutes of requesting a quote, was able to come out first thing in the morning. He walked us through every step of what he was going to do and thought about ways to save us money while ensuring our issue was fixed. Highly recommend!!!

I wanted to change to a tankless electric water heater. He explained all the electrical upgrades that I would have to preform. So I decided to go with a standard electric water heater. Performed the job very quickly. Did a nice job.

John was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the installation of our items, and returned the following day when a minor leak was detected. He then replaced the shut off valves which were not part of the original job. I will definitely hire them again.

I found Rafael very knowledgeable and professional. In a very short time, he was able to figure out my problem. Another plumber had come multiple time and couldn't figure it out. He was willing and able to work with me and my insurance company to plan a way to fix it. I would use him if I ever need another plumber.

Rafael and his son Junior are always friendly, courteous have reasonable rates. The job was done proficiently and they are very knowledgeable.
