I had a full system replaced 2 years ago and just had to replace the softener tank again despite the company advertising 10 year warranty on the tanks that was clearly stated on the invoice! Owner refused to assume responsibility and claimed inner component of tanks are not covered under this warranty despite leading to complete tank replacement.. Be aware of fraudulent warranty claims. Very disappointed!

Tommy at Waterman 911 is the real deal. We suddenly lost all water at our house today and I called expecting to have to schedule a service call. Instead, Tommy took the time to walk me through a simple troubleshooting step over the phone that fixed the issue in about five minutes. Before suggesting any service visit or charging us anything, he genuinely wanted to see if there was an easy solution first. That level of honesty and customer care is rare. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate working with people who clearly love what they do and genuinely want to help the people they serve. Was hung up on when called to inquire about services, refuse to answer calls, job partially completed, I was told I was called by owner and was not, was told supposedly at time of service I had to have someone else finish their job, I wasn't, payment instructions on receipt that weren't followed. Water was efficiently restored in good time, Long time customer treated poorly. Needed new electric line from switch to well, charged $90 for wire alone, ok whatever, but they refuse to bury cable and finish job. Told me to hire someone to do it.

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Water Man 911 to replace a sub-pump inside a holding tank. My initial review highlighted their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and personal issues among the staff. However, my ordeal with this company has taken an even worse turn. I strongly advise everyone to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Water Man 911, as they have proven to be untrustworthy, unorganized, and nothing short of scammers. Not only did Water Man 911 fail to provide a receipt for the initial service, making it difficult to prove their involvement, but now they are trying to charge me an additional $800 to replace the pump. This comes after they previously replaced the pump on June 17 of last year. When I first had the pump installed, they assured me of a five-year parts warranty and a one-year labor warranty. However, they conveniently ignore their own warranty terms and attempt to extort more money from their customers. The lack of proper record-keeping and failure to honor their own warranty terms clearly demonstrate Water Man 911 disregard for their customers rights and well-being. Their unprofessionalism and disorganization are unacceptable and serve as a glaring warning to anyone considering their services. Furthermore, the son apparent substance abuse issues and the owner tendency to discuss his personal problems, such as his divorce, during interactions with customers only add to the overall negative experience. It is clear that Water Man 911 prioritizes personal matters over providing quality service and maintaining professionalism. In light of these developments, it is evident that Water Man 911 is nothing more than a group of scammers. Their attempts to overcharge and their blatant refusal to stand by their warranty claims are deeply concerning. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy, unorganized, and solely focused on taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. I implore anyone considering Water Man 911 for their services to think twice. Do not trust them with your hard-earned money or rely on their services. Their actions have shown that they are not committed to providing quality service or honoring their agreements. It is in your best interest to seek out reputable and trustworthy alternatives instead. In conclusion, Water Man 911 is a company to avoid at all costs. Their attempts to overcharge, failure to honor warranties, and overall lack of professionalism make them unworthy of your trust. Do not fall victim to their deceptive practices. Stay away from Water Man 911 and protect yourself from these liars.

They were there in 10 minutes . Found the problem right away and had the water back on and running. Very professional and personable. Would definitely hire them again for any well problems.

No water in morning...sort an inconvenient wakeup....by 3pm. Water back on. Needed a new pump and switch..these guys are the best. Professional..knowledgeable and personable...also personal attention by owner much appreciated. The technician George was awesome came to fix my well at 7am. He was very professional and respectful never tried to up sale anything. I had to leave for work so I left him to finish. After he was done he called me to pay. Never pressured me in anyway. Great Service

The owner is horrible, does not stans behind his employees. I had a sulfur system put in that was not properly installed. When it went into regen mode it blasted water all over my electrical outlets bursting my GFI and breaking the seal on it. I refused to fix it and was very rude about it. I was also made aware the employee that installed the system was in training(came out by himself). He was no longer with the company because he was fired.
