When I called Scott he popped by right away to asses the damage. He had all of the parts needed in his van already and worked on our door right away. He was very friendly and professional and never tried to sell us on any parts we didn't need. He was able to fix our door within 2 hours and charged us way less than I thought it would be. He even made sure to go through all the nuts and bolts on the door and tighten everything that was a little loose. He also lubricated the wheels on our door so it would run smooth. We are very happy with the service we received from Waterman and would use them again if needed.

what we liked was , we call Scott Waterman and he got on the project 2days later and had it done in 1 day. the tenant damaged the new door and Scott Waterman come out the next day after talking to him and repaired it with out charging us a dime. we had 2 new garage doors installed. He even put 2 handles on free of charge. we are very happy with the Waterman Company and will use them again on our own home and the next rental prop.

Mr Waterman did the work in very timely manner. He was on time and completed the work in a few hours. He cleaned up after the job site. He showed us how to use our remote's. I would use him again.

Scott did a great job at a fair price. He replaced both my garage doors and installed an opener on one door. This fall I will contact him to install an opener on the other door.

Scott left our installation with loops of wire hanging loosely from the ceiling and the walls. We felt the job was incomplete.
