Waterman Paving

We hired Mr. Waterman earlier this year to remove a stone wall, grade and pave the area behind our house. Halfway through this process I asked him about adding a garage. So we agreed that he would install a two car steel building for a garage. To say that he and his crew have done an OUTSTANDING job would be an understatement. Mr. Waterman and his crew not only did an excellent job with the paving but our new garage as well. My wife is ecstatic that she has a warm place to store her car this winter. I would recommend this company for any and all home improvements!!

Extremely unprofessional, unkind, and cannot trust a word that comes out of this man. Said he would be there on a Tuesday- showed up 3 weeks later on a Thursday. Gave us nothing but grief and attitude. Did a terrible job.

Pat fixed a badly leaking foundation in a 90 year old house. He followed up after the next rain storms and fixed the few new spots as well. His attention to detail is the best part. He wants to do the job right. Since then I have also had him do some extensive landscaping, building an access road to a part of the yard that had been unreachable, as well as excavating and pouring cement. Again, outstanding work and attention to detail. Hire him the job will be done right.

My driveway is very long and very steep. When Patrick first gave me his estimate, what was remaining of my dirt/gravel driveway was in very poor condition due to extreme weather damage. Not only did Patrick and his team install a great paved driveway, but they also fixed the poor drainage that caused the damage to the original dirt/gravel driveway. Patrick is a real professional. I wish everyone in today's world cared about their finished work product like he does. From the initial estimate to the end of the job, I cannot speak highly enough of Patrick and his team.

I would not recommend this Company. I had a driveway done by them and I had expressed many concerns, one of them is I had expressed my conern that I wanted the job done properly and not have any issues. The owner had assurred me that I would be satisfied with the quailty of work. When the job was done it looked well. Then winter had come, and now it is spring and there are issued. The pavement is failing apart around the edge of the driveway. Some of the pavment is coming up. Also when you rub the bottom of your sneaker or shoe on the driveway in some spots asphault pepples come up, not alot but enough that you notice it. I have emailed him and even texted his cell phone number. He has NOT returned my email nor my text message. Another thing that I had noticed is that upon talking to other paving contractors they all use a asphault laying machine. Ths contract laid the ashpault by hand then rolled it with a rolller. This has made the driveay instead of being nice and smooth, it has roller marks where you can see it was rolled with a roller. This contractor basially took the money and did a crappy job. I do NOT recommend using him and if anyone wants proof they are more then welcome to drive by my property to see the shoddy work that was done. I am NOT a pleased nor happy customer to say the very least.! Frank S.

Very thankful to have had Patrick & his team help out with some (much needed) landscaping to improve drainage in our yard. A Professional, efficient, stress-free experience. I look forward to having them return for any future projects, and would be confident in recommending them to anyone seeking assistance with a similar job(s).

Pat and his crew did a superb job on my driveway. They were all exceptionally polite and friendly to deal with. He told me that it would be started on Tuesday and completed on Wednesday and he kept to his schedule. Started 8am on Tuesday and was completed at 1pm Wednesday. He gave me a very fair price and his work was worth every penny and then some. I would highly recommend Waterman Paving to anyone looking for their next paving job.

I agree with a lot of the reviews for Waterman Paving. Some scheduling issues caused by weather and quarantine delays aside, the work was done quickly and the finished product looks great.
