Really great team, real pros, highly reliable, highly efficient, they did lots of work in my house as we were doing renovations, including tankless hot water system complete install, all the plumbing for the bathrooms and kitchen and so much more. Would highly recommend them to all.

This is the second time I have hired Watermen Plumbing and overall I am very satisfied with the work. Pro's - the quality of the work is good. The use quality items and will do the extra work to do the job right instead of just going the easy route. They are generally on time and keep me updated if they are running late. They are careful and clean up after themselves. Always very professional. Con's - They have a trip charge if don't hire them and will not give a cost estimate for jobs before arrival. So if you get a better quote you are on the hook for the trip charge. Would have been happier to get an estimate of the cost to install a faucet or change a shut off valve from them over the phone. They were more expensive to use than others who gave me a quote for this job.

We agreed on one price for replacing drain and pumping septic, but after I paid more than 20% down I discovered he would only do half the work for the price he quoted me in a email , after I question him about his bait and switch tactics he said he could do the complete job we discussed for more than twice the amount we agreed upon , so I had the cancel the job after which he changed me another $350.00 , THIS GUY IS A CROOK DO NOT HIRE HIM, and if you do give him a chance pay with a paper check.

We are still unsure how this misunderstanding occurred ,but we can assure you our intention was never to mislead you, as that is not our business.The charges incurred were to cover the cost of the work we had already done before we were asked to cancel the job. We understand you frustration and have attempted to reach out to you multiple times to try and clarify this misunderstanding. Please feel free to call us any time to further discuss your grievance.
