    My AC was out on the hottest day of the year. Waters Edge came out next morning. Replaced Two parts and had system up in a few hours. They didn't try to sell me a replacement. Everything was great with the experience.

    Called back immediately after I made appointment Thursday evening at 8 pm, explained what might be wrong. Scheduled for next morning and was very prompt, nice, polite, knowledgeable according to my wife, she felt comfortable with Wayne. He provided a detailed service report for me as got our A/C back up on one of the hottest days of the year. Runs circles around other service providers we have had. Will recommend and use again.

    Wayne came out to fix my mothers a/c she's 92yrs old, he came on time and made her feel comfortable repaired the unit quickly and gave her a senior discount, and that made her day.
