Mr. Waters is very reliable. He arrives on time (or a few minutes early) and works until the job is completed. He quotes per job and not per hour, but even so, he doesn't take an excessive number of breaks. His work quality is A+. I was unavailable the second day Mr. Waters came to my house, but he completed the work and trusted me to pay him when I returned. Highly recommended!

Mr. Waters did outstanding work. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was professional and a very hard worker. His work looks like the work of a professional contractor. He made and replaced dog ears on our home that had rotten wood and paint peeling off the wood and painted them. He also made, replaced, and painted the door that opens to the crawl space under our house. He also installed a latch to keep it closed. The door was so well made and beautiful. We will be hiring him again for many future projects very soon. His fee was very reasonable.
