We have never used our backyard since owning our house for 23yrs. Carl and his team created an AMAZING patio, kitchen setup, fire pit, flora and lighting that makes us feel as though we are at a beautiful resort. The customer service was A+ and everything is better than we ever imagined. The specials touches Carl made were amazing. We will be hiring he and his team again in the spring for Phase II of our project.

We had a 15 yr old black ugly asphalt walkway that was falling apart and in desperate need of repair. We decided to rip and replace with some type of pavers but wanted an expert opinion. We called a few places but we were not comfortable with the recommendations. We then consulted with Carl the owner of Waterscapes and the way he explained the work that his team would do just made sense. We explained that we wanted some form of design around a compass rose and his team created a graphic design that was amazing!! True to his word and price the end result was a beautiful walkway with Belgard pavers meticulously installed by his team and with the compass rose the walkway really stands out in our Oceanside neighborhood!!

Carl was great to work with! From the beginning stages of a prompt call back and estimation to seeing the work through to the end. His team completed a stone block wall installation in less than a week. They were very professional and the quality of the work surpassed my expectations. Carl was always available for the questions and additional requests that came up during the project. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and result.

Carlton and his team did a beautiful job on our two patios and excavation/landscape projects. We felt the pricing was reasonable, they were very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything at every step . Carlton met with us ahead of time on site to make sure that we understood exactly what he would be doing and to give us the opportunity to give all the input he needed to do the jobs exactly the way we expected. The two projects were actually done ahead of schedule and it was a pleasure to have his team doing the job . We would highly recommend Carlton for any project that you want to have done professionally, with great quality materials and on time .

Carl and his team installed an 800 square foot raised paver patio. These guys are great to work with and the end result was excellent - I could not be happier.

Great communicator, really cares about you and your project. Very honest and extremely easy to work with. Workers very friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. Has great vision with his magic spray can to show you what his vision is. We met went over job got to know each other so he could get a better idea what we would want. The job started out with just a stone waterfall, then after meeting and talking for more than hour I asked him if he could do a patio for my 10 x 12 gazebo buy the new pool we put in. He sprayed out out an area and as we talked the vision started coming together. We spent about an hour or so discussing , me asking questions and Carl giving his thoughts. then my wife came out and we added walkways. once the patio for the gazebo was finished, it was so beautiful I didn't want to cover it up with the gazebo, so we went to another area on the other side of the pool to build another patio to put the gazebo there, and Carl came up with the idea of adding steps and walkway from the driveway to the pool deck which made a lot of sense. Once that was completed again more ideas came up and decided to put an outdoor ping pong table there, well we finally came up with another patio at the end of the first patio and this is where the gazebo finally went. There was a lot of changing as the job was going on and Most contractors would get frustrated with change but Carl was not only excited to do all this but added some thoughts to the project that really finished it off. The conclusion of the transformation of the back yard was amazing. The waterfall actually turned into a groto you can sit in as the water cascades over you like a cave, about 14' wide and 6ft tall with steps in the back that appear to be floating over the ground as you walk up the waterfall to jump off with led lights as well, the 2000 sq' of patio's, walkways, fire pit and stairs look amazing and people cant believe it's the same backyard. My family and I have never been more excited to spend every night and day out in our little slice of heaven in our back yard. Carl was fantastic, and quite a character who has a lot of character, not pushy and a real genuine personality like I new him for 20yrs. Waterscapes of New England met and exceeded all of our expectations. We are already talking about the next Projects. If I could give him more than 5 stars i would. Thanks again To Carl, Cousey, Eddie, Carlton, Billy, Edzui (waterfall artist) and the rest of the crew, who worked in the craziest weather in April in many years to give us our dream back yard. We've actually become friends as well and still talk weekly. thanks again!

Carl and his team replaced an old concrete pool deck with a new Belgard paver deck and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. It's evident that they take great pride in their work and do the job right (even if it takes more time). When they realized the old concrete deck was much thicker than is typical and the demo was going to take longer than assumed, I was worried they would simply stop showing up. But they brought in extra equipment and stuck with it, and Carl never tried to increase his price - he honored his original quote (which was very reasonable considering the quality of his work). And the subs he brought in for electrical, carpentry, and fencing responded promptly and were very professional. I would recommend Carl without hesitation.

Our new retaining wall turned out even better than we envisioned.

Carl Campbell and his team have been AWESOME to work with! Highly recommend them for anyone considering hardscape projects. I started with a rough idea of using concrete pavers as a driveway, and Carl designed and installed an outstanding driveway and patio that incorporated a variety of retaining walls, steps, and outdoor lighting. His creativity and outstanding customer service were both exemplary, and I have never worked with a more responsive contractor. I have additional plans for the future and will definitely be using Carl and his team for them.

Highly recommend, Carl and his team had the job done in no time and in a very professional and courteous manor. The project looks even better than I envisioned. We hired them in their busy season so we had to wait a while, well worth the wait and they showed up on the day promised and worked until completed. Great company they do excellent work go above and beyond

The owner quoted me. He was supposed to install a patio as a substrate for a new shed. He said no problem. He had a couple of guys do the job, both Guatemalan?? and did not speak English. Another guy would pop in here and there to check on the work. Anyhow, they were laying the pavers with a pitch. I tried to tell them that this was the substrate for a shed. Clearly, they did not understand and the owner did not communicate that to them. When the owner came out to check on the job I mentioned this and he said it is not a problem, he can adjust to work with the shed installer. When the shed installer came out, he said this is not level! We cannot lay the shed! The owner of Waterscapes came back out and told me it would be an additional $3400.00 to level the pavers!? I paid another company $2100.00 to level the pavers. Very annoying especially when I have in writing from Waterscapes that they would lay pavers for a foundation for my shed. I should sue them...

We loved working with Waterscapes of New England. While we had specific ideas for the walkway, lighting and landscaping, in the end it was a collaboration with Carl, Len and his crew that led to a result beyond our original vision. The team is professional, able to deal with all technical considerations with aesthetic consideration and aim not just for satisfaction but for perfection. We look forward to working with them in our next phase in the Spring.

Carl and his team were wonderful to deal with. They are professional from beginning to end. They complete projects quicker than they quote out. They did amazing work at my house installing a patio and walkway. Me and my wife have been more than happy with the quality of work and service provided. Any issue/questions that came up were resolved immediately with no hassle. I would recommend them to everyone looking to get patio work done.

We are very pleased with our patio, walkway and landscaping that was completed by Carl and his crew. The work was performed quickly, professionally and on time. Carl was very accommodating and worked with us when we wanted design changes after the project had begun. He worked with us in creating a step and walkway which blended well with the existing structures.

I hired Carl and his crew to perform an entire overhaul of my crumbling railroad tie retaining walls and steps leading to my back yard. While his estimate of work was not the cheapest, it was certainly the most complete. His crew worked seemingly tirelessly from the early morning hours to nearly dusk to complete this project during the buggiest of seasons. Carl was immediately available to discuss questions or concerns I had throughout the project. The quality of their work was exceptional and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Very friendly and professional. Came out at night to show us what the lights would look like. He explained everything, and did not rush us to make a decision. The install was today. He did a great job. Everything was explained fully and you would never know that digging had been done in the yard. We are very happy

Carl and his crew installed a Belgard retaining wall. The product is excellent and looks fantastic. All of the Waterscape employees were very professional and friendly. The work site was cleaned up daily and all the waste was taken with them. The walls, steps and new driveway look fantastic. The money spent on this project was well worth it. I would highly recommend Waterscapes. It was a total pleasure working them .
