Watersmith Irrigation & Drainage

These guys were great. They arrived on schedule and worked quickly to get the job done. They made sure everything was working properly showed us how to use the system and cleaned up all debris.

I hired Watersmith (Mark Smith) 10 days ago to repair a sprinkler leak under my brick sidewalk. The project started out very promising, as Mark's company has both sprinkler repair and brick experience, however a series of missteps followed the initial estimate. Mark or his office kept rescheduling due to employee shortages. This went on three or four times. In once instance the rain forced a reschedule, but today's appointment was just never kept. There was absolutely no communication from Mark about why he didn't show up today. I texted, called his cell, called his office, and emailed. Still no communication. Finally, I called HomeAdvisor. Mark called back after a half hour and said that he had a shortage of employees. I told him that he should have communicated this and not gone silent. I thanked him and wished him luck. He will need to do better at communicating in order to keep his business!

Mark and the boys showed up and did the work and then they left I had a drainage issue in my backyard and I needed new irrigation they worked efficiently and quickly and did a good job. they did the irrigation and put the sod on top end it was like they were never there and I got new sod.

W have a very strict HOA and he submitted a proposal and a design for us. He figured out a way to get the job approved by HOA and come thorough with a great design for us. What separates Watersmith Irrigation & Drainage from everyone else is they always kept there word. They did what they said they were going to do. They were always on time, and showed up when they said they were going to. His quote was the accurate amount. He was recommended to me by my landscaper. They were excellent and in addition he is just a really nice guy.

He did our sprinkler system for us and he did an excellent job. He works quickly and efficiently. We have had issues n with the city, and we needed a new water meter installed and he referred someone to us that could install the meter for us.
