The work was performed in a professional manor, Explanations of what and why things needed to be done were provided during the start of the job. Professional, friendly, on time

Waterson Electric is the best-PERIOD! First, they are incredibly professional. When Barrie came to my home for the initial estimate, he was on-time, polite, clean-looking, and respectful to my 91-year-old grandmother. Second, aside from their very fair pricing, they are honorable and trustworthy. I mention this because even though we had agreed upon a set price for the work to be done, Barrie, realized (and I had not) that he had completed the job earlier than expected, so he adjusted his price down. Nobody in any contrsution industry would have done that! Finally, Barrie's work was immaculate! After he had completed the main task of hanging ceiling fans, Barrie took the time to sweep the floor and dust the furniture around his work area. When he left, it looked like nobody had been working in the area. Any (and all) of my future home electric repairs WILL be completed by Waterson Electric (and especially Barrie).

Barrie the electrician was knowledgeable and professional. Only down side was he was 2 hrs late after running behind on other jobs but the office did stay in contact informing me of the delay.

This wasn't exactly an upgrade, but there's no "repairs" selection available. Electrician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem by starting with the simplest solution first, and clearly knew what he was doing. I couldn't be more satisfied with the resolution and his work.

Just the best. Great customer service, great value, honest, no upselling, down to earth and saved me a fortune on my project.
