Watertech 239 LLC

Non one should hire WaterTech 239 LLC. I hired WaterTech, based in Cape Coral, FL, to remove rotten egg smell from well water. The company installed a sulfur removal tank and a water softener. The company owner, Mike, put it in writing that the new systems had 10-year warranty. The smell never went away. I contacted the company many times. The company sent an email, saying it did not service my area, which is contiguous to the city where the company is located and in the same county. I told the company if it could not fix the systems, I should get my money back, but the company never responded. I contacted the manufacturer and was told the machine were not new and had no warranty. I also got the systems checked out by the local dealership and another technician. They both said the machines were manufactured in 2006; that's why the machines never removed the smell. Mike sold me 16-year-old machines, claiming they were new and covered by a 10-year warranty. This is fraud.

This company is so honest l, trustworthy and fair. Mike and Alyssa go up and beyond. I highly recommend this company.!!!

This guy is not a licensed plumber, so he is not regulated. Don't hire someone like him,

I have dealt with several of the other water treatment companies in my area in the last 15 years that I've owned my home, all have turned out to be a HUGE disappointment to say the least. Then I found Mike and Alyssa at Water Tech 239, Mike started to do my monthly service and found issues with my system that had been neglected by my other service providers - then last night we had no water at my home, I called Water Tech around 9:30 PM and both Mike and Alyssa came to my home. To make a long story short my well pump was the issue, they could not make the repair that night but they both came back at 7:00AM the next morning to change out the pump, they were both great to work with and within 2 hours we were back up and running, this is the first time any water treatment company used a camera to check my well - I would HIGHLY recommend Water Tech 239 if I could give them 10 Stars I WOULD!!!

I have had problems with my water softener so I started to do my research and I went to look at Angie's List's for a local company and as soon as I posted my concern on there Michael called me.i explained that I just moved here 3 weeks ago and I had been having skin problems because of the hard water and 2 people came over and gave me an estimate for the system but one price was over my budget and the other was ridiculously expensive ð … Michael had called me as soon as I posted my concern which was late at night. I explained all my concerns and he explained everything back to me. He promised me he will come the next day and he came and installed a new water system. And he did everything he promised me . he gave me a price on my Bugget and thanks to him I have clear and clean water . I really recommend Michael from the bottom of my heart to resolve all your water problems .. The most important thing he was very kind and treated me as his family . Mike, crew were very professional, knew exactly what the issue was with the water pump. They replaced the water pump within an hour, everything was back up and running perfectly. I will definitely use Watertech 239 again.

Had a leak and called and he came in about 40 minutes and fixed it as well as other issues. Very reasonable.
