Martin's Plumbing Service

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having some plumbing/heating work done in my home by a company of which I had never heard until a couple of weeks ago, Martin's Plumbing Service in Holliston, MA. Both Marty and Everton, the two men who worked on my projects, did a great job. They showed up when they said they would, did a thorough job in several categories (a couple of which had not been previously planned), and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all of my questions patiently, and the ultimate charge for the work was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to have honest, hard-working plumbing and heating professionals do their work. They deserve your five-star rating. I would decidedly use this company again when/if necessary.

The owner was an expert technician. The labour he sent to perform the installation did not have a clue on how to lay pipes in a rational and efficient fashion. However, upon our complaining about the hapazard piping layout, he agreed to have it rectified and partially reinstalled. A year later, upon the newly installed heating plant needing the recommended yearly tune-up, this company was no longer answering our telephone calls.

Jennifer came out to clean the boiler. She was very personable and willing to answer any questions I had and even check out a radiator that was on the fritz while she was there for no extra charge!!

quick work and she even looked over my radiator & drained it at no additional charge. She was very willing to answer all of my questions too.

Very nice to work with. Install was done timely and neatly. Linda in the office was nice to deal with and Jen the installer did a great job. I would use them again.

They came when they said they would, explained what needed to be done, quoted a price and did the job, promptly and neatly, leaving no mess behind.

After examining the problem, the original person they sent arranged for their heater specialist to work on the job later in the day. The work was completed as promised and my system is now better than new.

I called and spoke with Marty about a new heating system powered by natural gas. He was super responsive, did fabulous work, and stayed in contact with us as we were waiting for Nat'l grid to bring in natural gas to our home. Marty and his team were professional, on time, and followed through with all projects. We hired Waterway for the heating system, and then also for a hot water heater, washer-dryer hookup, kitchen sink faucet, and outdoor faucets. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing and heating needs. They will communicate with you and get you exactly what you are wanting for your home.

They did a great job and the issues are fixed. They were timely, and yes I would recommend them.

They were professional and friendly, and replaced my boiler and hot water heater with a Buderus high effieciency boiler with superstore hot water tank, cheaper than National Grid would do the work. They also did a few other jobs for me like replacing a garbage disposal and installing a whole house filter system. They installed a temporary electric hot water heater while they did the plumbing work, so I would not be without hot water while they did the work--I really appreciated that touch.

Fast efficient water heater replacement at quoted price with no hidden cost. Highly recommended.
