"We are a professional company committed to craftsmanship, workmanship, and quality. Prior to installation, a full layout walkthrough was completed with the homeowner, including valve box and system locations, before any ground was broken. The installation was completed in a single visit 3-4 hours, and the request to relocate a permanently installed component was made only after the system was fully installed After installation was complete, the homeowner informed us that they had made landscaping changes and requested that a permanently installed component be relocated. At that point, the request was no longer feasible and does not affect final payment obligations. If a change had been requested prior to installation, it would not have been an issue. Water Works only processes payments through methods approved by the customer. The homeowner provided a check on the day of installation and later canceled it, then chose an alternate approved payment method for the final balance. At no point did Water Works charge outside the agreed contract amount or use any unauthorized payment method. We stand This matter stemmed from a change of preference after completion and an attempt to avoid final payment, not from the quality of our work or our process."

"We understand that after the valve boxes were buried by your landscaper, you decided to hire another company to locate them. While we respect your decision, we hope you understand that we can't reimburse costs for the work completed by a third party outside of our agreement. Unfortunately, that is not how standard business practices operate. We're always here to support you within the scope of our services and are happy to assist with any future needs."

"We do prefer when a homeowner is home during the installation so we can access the home as needed, along with going over how the system works and functions. When you are not home, like this customer was not, it gets more complicated to explain the spray, functions and how to use the system over the phone. We inform all customers to be home for this reason."
