Very disappointed with the fact it took so long to finish the project, they would only work for a few hours a day, lack of communication on their part, I would never hire this people again.

John was very knowledgeable, at explaining what was going on with my Hot water heater, and what was needed to be fixed and parts to be replaced. Honestly I was very impressed by his work, I would highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again. Very reasonable price for fixing my Hot water heater.

I hope you never have to experience the overall feeling of being FLEECED to this magnitude. No way to justify $2106 for water heater, installation and travel time. Receipt had no itemized amounts such as parts, labor or travel. Just total cost of $2106.

We didn't hang up on you. His system failed. And we could get back and touch with you. We do not have your direct number. We called through a service and an extension. Through home advisor/Angel's. Please take this comment off. It's not because you asked for something for free. That why we hung up.
