Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

The folks at Waterworks gauged my front porch when pressure-washing it. They have agreed to replace the damaged boards. Will update review once completed.

BE AWARE!! There are some concerns with integrity and this company. They said they came out to perform a service and they did not. After giving them proof that their technician did not do the job , they are still demanding payment and threatening to put a delinquent invoice report on my credit. Most contractors notify upon arrival and completion of the job. This company did not .

The service was provided in a timely manner, and was well done. Very professional from beginning to end.

The pressure cleaning was done in a timely manner, was affordable, and was well done. I would recommend Waterworks Pressure Cleaning to pressure wash the outside of your home.

The workers were on time and did an excellent job quickly.

Arrived on time and began working right away. My gutters still had bits and pieces of pine tree leaves after the job.

Do not hire them. Very unprofessional. They cleaned my gutters, but ended up spraying the garbage from the gutters onto the front of my house. I called them several times about setting up a day and time for them to come back and clean up their mess, but I was always told by J. J., the customer service rep., that he will call me back. Of course he never did, and that occurred several times. I paid them $150 to clean my gutters and now I ll have to pay someone else $100 to pressure wash my house to clean up their mess.

They showed up at our house (we did not need to be home), cleaned the gutters. They called to confirm completion of the job and emailed an invoice to us for payment. Simple and easy process...

These guys are so great, I put them in my calendar to come back every year to clean my gutters. They just invoiced me and I was able to pay online. Easy peasey.

I informed Mat with Waterworks after the roof wash we had 2 places on the roof where the shingles were out of place. Plus, I told Mat (and sent pictures) my Waterfall plant was struggling. Mat told me twice a manager was going to come look at my roof and plant. I have heard nothing else from them and it has been over a month since I expressed my concerns. (Before the house/roof wash I specifically asked if it would hurt my plants and was assured it would not. The Waterfall plant is still struggling and I am hoping it will survive. Still not comfortable that we r not going to have issues with the roof because of the shingles being moved). The soft wash was not as soft as I would have liked. During the house wash we were inside and there were times I thought the windows were going to be blown in by the water pressure but they were not. We were given a time for our windows to be cleaned inside and out. Because they were coming inside the house we were requested to be at home. We rearranged our schedule, one hour after after their scheduled arrival time I called Matt to find out when they were coming. He said they were not going to come because their outside window washing machine needed a part and they wanted to do the inside and outside on the same day. He said he tried to call me on my cellphone the day before but my mailbox was full. One concern I had was he had previously left me a message on my landline so why didn't he call my landline and leave a message there? Or why didn't he call the morning when they were suppose to come to let us know they were not coming. Also, when they rescheduled the window washing they scheduled the outside cleaning on a different day from the inside cleaning. All of the employees we met or talked with on the phone were very friendly and nice. Just wish they would have made sure they addressed my concerns with my roof and plant. Plus, wish they had showed a little respect for my time when they were not able to make an appointment they required me to be at home.

They did clean off my roof, and I assume checked my gutters, though I thought that would mean running water through them...maybe not. But I think they should have been better at cleaning up the debris on the ground from the roof. I’ve never had a company do this job, so maybe I was expecting more than I should?!!!

They did a great job cleaning the gutters, however I think their cleanup could have been a little better. But I would use them again
