He did an excellent job and was on time, gave me a firm estimate, cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Jason for any plumbing job. He put in 3 new faucets, a garbage disposal, and a new bathroom since. He was honest and didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. Great experience.

Jason advised us that a tankless water heater was not the way to go, as it would have been quite expensive due to excessive plumbing that needed to be done to accommodate it. He installed a 40 gal. heater instead. He did a terrific job while suffering through some medical issues he was having while installing the heater. He returned several days later to inspect his work and to make sure that everything was done correctly. We would definitely use and recommend Jason for future jobs.

He is very over priced. Get an estimate in person before any work is done. Make sure he is the one doing the work and he doesn't sub it out. If he calls you during his appointment window and you do not answer he may cancel your appointment without notice. It was $552 for him to install a kitchen faucet with a hot and cold stop replacement, and that was with kitchen faucet provided by the customer. He also threw in a stopper install for a leaking toilet at no extra charge. He was here for under 1 hour and 15 minutes with an assistant. I was willing to try him again for my sprinkler repair and the appointment was canceled because I didn't answer one reminder phone call and a text during my appointment window. He was very arrogant to me. I discovered he subbed out the job and was sending someone else over later which I was unaware of. I think $552 for 1 hour and 15 minutes is too much and I am probably lucky the second appointment didn't work out since it was going to be $450 to replace the sprinkler valve.

Good guys. I like them. Too expensive though. $368 to change out a cartridge in a kitchen faucet.

"Jim, Thanks for your business! We value your feedback but feel the need to clarify your situation. To be clear, you were quoted the price up front on a free estimate. At the original service date, you were notified that because the age of your faucet and the condition of the valve body at the time of inspection that you would be looking at the same labor to repair the faucet as replace. if that was even possible. I was able to retrieve the cartridge, a Moen (m4000) which is not stocked locally at any of our supply houses. We drove to 3 separate parts counters on that initial day, a Friday 4pm appointment and had no luck. Ultimately we had to order the part in for you and had it shipped 2 day air for a Monday installation. The part arrived at our shop Monday at 515pm and was Installed by 6pm that same day as promised. I was also able to get the cartridge for you at no charge, after you were already quoted 30 plus dollars for it. I'm sorry you feel like it is too expensive. We never claimed to be the cheapest, only the best! Thanks again for your business and we hope after playing the field you will find the value in our service. Waterworx Plumbing Inc."

Sunday morning, no hot water. Jason responded promptly and laid out our options. By noon we had a new hot water heater installed. Prompt,professional, friendly. Would definitely use again and highly recommend for others.
