Very professional and knowledgeable! He was prompt and efficient and knew exactly what was wrong less than 5 minutes. My LG front load washer was leaking and after calling several places trying to get an estimate- it was Watkins who called back and won me over and won my business. He arrived and handled business! I will always call on him!
