Fixed our problem.

They came out the same day we called because we had no water. The problem was fixed and Ken was super nice!

Came quickly did job.

These are some of the nicest, most polite, knowledgeable men I have met in a long time. They are trustworthy and honest. I will have them back when necessary!!! Wish we had met them a long time ago! Iâ m just glad we know them now. ð

I used them a few years ago and had a great experience. My good pump went out and was under warranty so had them come check it out. When they arrived they said they forgot something and came back 1 1/2 hrs later and when they returned they said they had to go eat which is fine but why did not they eat prior to coming to my house? Then they said they had to charge for labor even though I had a warranty which I completely understand, however they were at my house for 1 hr and charged $650 which is supposedly all labor. 650 an hour for labor? I am pretty sure we paid for the pump again. Went from a happy customer to displeased quickly.

This is an exceptionally good company. The owner himself called me back shortly after I left an inquiry on his phone about my broken water well. He outlined a basic price for a water pump, but added that additional work may need to be done (the 23-year-old well booster pump itself did indeed need replacement), so that i was not at all surprised at the final bill and I feel is reasonable for all the work performed and equipment required. Installer Clifford was very knowledgeable and neat. He showed me what was wrong with my old pumps and I could clearly see they were either worn out or totally gone. He stayed to make sure it worked well with my lawn sprinkler system. When the pump began to throb a couple of days later, he came back out and re-seated it more firmly, then used an unused rug against the wall to further muffle the sound. The new pump is so quiet, I have to check to make sure it is running. The company is competent and responds immediately to concerns or questions. I highly recommend Watkins Pump & Well.

Excellent service from Cliff, very professional. He also inspected each sprinkler zone to match up with the pump pressure!! Thought there pricing was a little high. Overall great company you pay for what you get!!

My dumb a** could have done the repairs for under $20. Getting the parts from Home Depot

This company was absolutely fantastic. They were so fast and friendly and the job was done the same day.

Owner of the company was very polite and assured me of a pretty reasonable price. But the cost was overly high by $100.

Mr. Wayne and his crew were on another job, he said he would have water in my house that day HE gave me a time HE hit traffic that made him 30 minutes late he called me, no texting. I felt like I had a family member doing this job. I will never call anyone else for my well needs. Ps I am going to ask him and his crew to come over for a barbecue soon, I hope they do so I can show my family's appreciation of the care that they have for someone who knows nothing about wells and takes the worry away. There service was great. They located my lost well and replaced my submerged pump. The job was extremely difficult and they6 stayed late to complete the job. They were very professional.

I haven't hired them yet, but the tech was out the same afternoon to diagnose my pump problem and test my water. He called within two days with my water results.

They charged me $1350.00 for a pump but told me nothing about the water pressure tank except that if I didn't buy a new tank they wouldn't warranty the pump. They didn't even have a new tank on the truck, but told me that would be another $802.00. The next morning I went to Home Depot and bought a 35 gal pressure tank for $259.00 and paid a local plumbing company $126.00 to install it. So for a total of $385.00 I got one bigger than they were trying to sell me for $802.00. Hence I saved $417.00 ð

Came out very quickly when our well pump died and had it replaced in just a few hours on a Saturday.

Its absurd for a service call that ended up being no actual work done to be the amount of money they charged.

I went through home advisors this morning and within 3 hours they replaced my pressure tank
