Mr. Watkins arrived on time and I think he rearranged his schedule so that he could repair my fridge that day! Very fair price for parts and labor. Knew exactly what to do. Very professional and personable and will contact Watkins again in the event that the fridge has another problem. Will refer to others.

He seemed to know a lot about our washing machine. He started from the simplest thing that could be wrong & worked his way from that to the actual problem. Didn t seem to get frustrated, instead concentrated on repairing the problem. We definitely hired the right person & won t think twice about calling him again. 5 stars all the way around!

Came by my house in the evening after parts stores were closed and diagnosed the problem with my LG Washer. Came the next morning with the needed part and successfully repaired my LG Washer. Very timely repair.
