Wood Shake or Composite Roofing Installation and Replacement
They did a shingle roof for me. Scott was able to explain the project to me and even what to look for in other contractors if I decided not to go with Watry homes. Their roofing crew was not only on time but earlier than expected.They took great care in tarping off the area around the home to protect all of our plants and to keep the debri from the tear-down of the roof off of my yard. They were done in the time promised and they left my home outside cleaner than when they started.I also would like to give praise to Jason McEvilly, Watry's sales representitive, for his professionalism,and patience as we went through the sales experience.

Extremely Happy! Watry Homes LLC did a terrific job replacing my roof. During the estimate, they took the time to explain their products and the benefits of each, as well as thoroughly explaining the process of replacing the roof. This was extremely helpful - I have owned several houses but had never had to replace a roof up to this point. The project went very smoothly and they were done in less than a day. They were great about cleaning up afterward and making sure I was happy with the results. I've been receiving compliments from the neighbors on how great the new roof looks!

His quote was very reasonable and the job was completed within two days of signing the contract. Very professional , trustworthy company that did a terrific job doing my roof and did it at a more than reasonable price. All of the employees were responsible and well mannered , they worked well as a team and completed the project on time. Watry provided a bid and contract that was acceptable to me. They completed the job in the time they estimated. The crew was professional and easy to work with. The crew chief was knowledgeable regarding my roof. The crew seemed to work well together and stayed busy on the project. I woiuld use them again in future projects.

The work was well done, in a timely manner. The crew was polite and helped protect my garden plants from being ruined by the falling of old shingles.They cleaned up spotlessly .They were very hard working and our large roof was completed in two days. MR. Watry also suggested some other improvements to our home and we decided it was a good idea and our home looks great. His competitors bids were much higher for less work too. One was $14,725 and the other with supposedly free rain gutters was $18,999. And the best part of all is it is the same roofing material the other bidders were going to use too.

I had my siding done in 2009. Life time warranted. I have pieces of siding falling off through the years. They don't respond quickly, nor contact you. I was very happy initially with their work, but long term....not at all. Pieces are loose all around my house. My husband is disabled and can not do the work. Would never use again. They need to go by their word and life time guarantee.

Scott Watry communicated effectively with us, and gave us a competive quote and warranty explanation. The work was completed timely, and the cleanup was adequate. The only things I would recommend for improvement is that someone from ownership should appear on the job while it is in process (only the hired crew was there), and that someone in the crew, preferably the foreman or leader, speaks better English to the customer.

Watry Homes had the right price and offered the guarentees the other companies did 2 to 3 times lower than Sigma or Weather Tight. No high pressure sales techniques, just honest work. I have already reccomended Watry Homes to friends and family for their home improvement needs, which has resulted in one new job for Watry Homes. Both of us raved about the quality of the work as well as the professionalism and hastle free service we experienced.

Scott Watry was great to work with. He never had a problem answering questions, no matter how small. Scott came during the tear off because of a problem found, inspected it, spoke to me about it and took care of the problem right away. They still had the project done in a day. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott to anyone.

He was straightforward about pricing and didn't try to portray any savings as "special deals." He did the work promptly, used good quality supplies (with the exception of some replacement wood in the underlayment that looked suspiciously like scrap lumber), and cleaned up the area well after the project. On the whole I was very satisfied.

We were in need of a complete tear-off and new gutters for our duplex. We got several bids and Watry Homes had the best price and reputation. Scott was very thorough when he came to bid the work. He also answered all our questions and was very patient and professional. We felt confident in using Watry Homes for such a large project.
