"Sometimes in emergency's like this one managing multiple crews that are only at each location a few hours gets a little difficult. Workers are out six and seven days for long hours. A call back about problems from a customer is always good input and gives the contractor a chance to make things right., and doing the job correctly is always the intention. As far as expense: Each location can have separate challenges such as access, roof pitch, plantings and amounts of snow. All prices were quoted before the work began although in some cases quotes were made over the phone based on any information the homeowner could provide."
"In an emergency situation like this one, crews are out for long hours and the cost to keep personnel on the job goes up. Each location has different challenges such as access, roof pitch, plantings, snow loads in different areas and the size of the structure. Formulating pricing is not an exact science in this case and comparison from one location to another by price alone is not always an accurate way to judge value and service.
