he was awesome and been training a helper so job took a little longer but inspected all the work and glad he was training someone to work going forward in his field. we need all we can get. his cost was great.

They responded quickly to my call and came within 2 hours. They fixed my issue and discovered a problem that was no known and fixed that as well. Will hire them again for additional work as they were prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

They agreed to relocate a chandelier where I previously had a fan, after they left I went to put in new bulbs and saw that the chandelier was not hooked to the chain, the electrical wire was the only thing holding the chandelier up so I tied a rope from the chain to fixture so it would not fall. I called Watson Electric and they said that was the way the light was and the cord was already twisted , I asked why did not they say something ? I asked that they come out and re-secure the light so it would not fall, they again said it was not their fault and would come out for a $150 service charge! Run from this guy, he won't stand behind his work, or lack of it!

I was extremely satisfied with Mack, he was prompt, did a great job and very good at cleaning up afterwards. He had to put together a new fan/light, that was still in the box it had been delivered in. He then installed where the old fan/light had been. I would highly recommend Mack-Watson again.
