Watson's Flooring & Remodeling

Very professional. We couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding work Watson's did on our backsplash. They were not only meticulous with our tilework but they managed to do an excellent job with leveling out a wall with a bulge that needed to be covered. And, they made sure before leaving we were completely satisfied. We plan to hire them again when we remodel our bath.

Blake, Joe and Travis were professional, listened to what we wanted, were friendly and most important, did great work. I would highly recommend them and we'll be using them again.

nice people to talk with,but does not follow through even after confirmation 24 hrs prior. Mother's day weekend Blake has phoned to let me know that his staff would be at my home by 9-930am and the job would be completed,which consisted of 3 rooms of laminate flooring planks,build a shelf above the microwave , put trim and baseboard done and fix 2 outside electrical outlets. He said that the job may not get completely finished so tuesday they would complete everything. This morning I was phoned not once but 2 times both of them telling me they were going to be late. Finally at 11:45 am, his crew arrive., well blake and his mother are here with no tools and ready to start the job. 10 minute later he needs to run to Lowes, an hour later they have to go to lunch, needless to say the day is gone at 3pm with 1 box of tile down. I called and told Blake that his few tools would be waiting outside along with a check for 1 hrs work and that I wouldn't be needing him anymore. He and his mother are very nice people to speak with,But I wouldnt recommend their services because of lack of respect for the clients, poor time management,and no real interest in doing the job. Not a good company to hire in my opinion.

Very helpful and responsive to needs. A great job that was improved when I asked for a change and they came immediately.

They were very customer friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They met all of our requests and even some follow up touch ups that we requested afterwards. There was never any resistance from them when we asked them to come back. One of the best contractors we have used in a very long time.

Blake dropped what he was doing and responded to my house for a rapidly flooding basement. He helped mitigate the flooding and installed a sumo pump and PVC drain line. Still working well to this day.
