Founded in 2020 by Wyatt Watts, Watts Built is a North Idaho flooring and finish carpentry company built on a simple belief: great craftsmanship should speak for itself and stand the test of time. Every installation is backed by honest communication, clean workmanship, and our 20-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee. What we do: - Flooring: LVP, hardwood, laminate, tile, carpet, and linoleum - Hardwood refinishing: sanding and refinishing, oil or water-based - Finish carpentry: baseboards, trim, stair work, doors, window wraps, and faux beams We work with homeowners and businesses alike, and partner with local builders who count on us to come through when timelines are tight. We wanted a built-in custom to space breakfast nook. Jeff was a courteous, professional, and hard working employee. He took his time to make it right, he made it look beautiful, and he throughly cleaned all areas he was working in. The estimate and final invoice were just as quoted. We will definitely hire them for possible future projects.

Wyatt did a fantastic job on my family’s new laminate floors. The job was well organized, clean and efficient. Wyatt was courteous to myself and my family’s needs during the project. Wyatt learned about a better product than he was using half way through the project (reroofing a flat roof shed), he bought that and ripped up the half of the roof he had already put down and told me that he was not going to charge me anything extra. I appreciated his honesty and integrity and renegotiated the price of the contract with him.

Wyatt Watts Construction! Wyatt has a very strong work ethic. He shows up on time! He keeps his construction sight clean as he works. He only charges for the hours he works or sticks to the quote he gave us. He made sure we were happy with his craftsmanship. We were so pleased with his work, we trusted him enough to referred him to our Real Estate clients and they were thrilled with his work. He moved to Coeur de Alene and these clientsâ  family is begging him to come back to boise to do a job for them!
