Josh identified and corrected the problems we were having.

Trust is very important to us, and we feel our trust was broken. At the start, we were very impressed with their service. But, at the end we remembered something else we needed done and, they agreed to come the next day and finish what we asked them to do. So, we payed them for the repairs that were completed AND what they agreed to do. They never came back to finish it. We called and they never replied. They took our money and did not finish the job or even replied so, we cannot tru;y recommend them.

Josh was punctual and informed. He did timely, precise work and was very cost effective.

Took my money. Did not fix problem. When he recognized my phone # on his caller ID, he would not answer and did not respond to messages. So there is absolutely no way for me to get a hold of him. He is a real zero.

Josh did a wonderful job. He was right there when I needed him. My project involved some extra work, but everything was taken care of.. The work was done and I was happy. One thing that I liked about Josh, was the fact that he called me before I had a chance to call him.
