Replaced sod. I had so many weeds in the lawn. It was disgusting.

Reliable service and even came out to do the work on a Sunday

After conducting an extensive search to find a goo snow removal company, I thought I had found a great one at a reasonable price (or so I thought). Our initial conversations over the phone and email were extensive as we discussed details regarding a four month contract. John, the owner, would provide different prices at different times. I should have taken this as a sign to run! I stood with this company. When I spoke with him, he was uneasy and lacked professionalism. After the contacts were signed and snow began to fall, John became the most difficult person to reach. Emailed, text, and called on numerous occasions before I even received a poor response. His reviews on Yelp provided me some insight, but his HomeAdvisor reviews fared much better. Needless to say, his Yelp reviews are accurate. When the job was done, it was poor (not all of the now was cleared, not enough salt was laid, staircases were not cleared, and much of the snow had turned to ice! During larger snowfalls, good luck reaching this guy. And his helpers, Clyde, fared no better. They use a residential snow blower and tried to remove snow from a four building parking lot. Please save yourself some money and pay for a real company that will actually provide customer service!

Compared to other landscapers I contacted about gutter cleaning they were very reasonable and did a good job.

The worst job I've ever seen! I hired this guy to cut and rake my yard. The first thing he did was start cutting the grass and that's fine but he cut over the leaves and trash and made more of a mess for me to come back and rework my yard. He then calls me and tell me he's done. He did not edge the grass he didn't get all the leaves ( and when I say all the leaves I'm not talking every single leaf. I'm saying it looked like he raked last week ) long story short I told him to leave me two bags and I ended up doing my yard over myself after paying him $60.00 Oh and by the way this was after he so called redid the back yard. I wish I could upload the pictures

Mr. Watts showed up to give me an estimate and immediately offered to do the job on the spot. I was a little hesitant but he mentioned that he was winding down his work for the season and would rather just get it done. I had to urge him to provide a version of a written proposal. He left to handle another client and ended up running out of daylight. Reached out to him to find out next steps. He came back the next morning and did the job quickly and efficiently and for the price quoted. Communication could be better but work is good.

The installer worked quickly and neatly to install sod on my parkway, and provided good, clear instructions about watering in the sod so the roots would penetrate the soil underneath. The new sod appears to be flourishing and I've received compliments on it from neighbors and passersby. Good job!

I was left with a sloppy front yard...not finished and the small back yard was very messy and not done professionally or even done well by a novice.

What a delightful experience working with Sean. He arrived on time, was very professional and more importantly, knowledgable about that I needed. He made recommendations that were need-based instead of just trying to up-sell me on things I didn't need. Would highly recommend him.

I called Home Advisors late on Wednesday. I needed help desperately because my lawn had grown wild and my house looked as though no one lived there. In addition, all of my lawn equipment had been stolen due to numerous break-ins. When I arrived home I called to see if I could get service perhaps on Thursday due to the time. To my surprise, I got a call about 5 minutes later from Watts Landscaping. Mr. Watts told me that he would be to my house in 40 minutes due to the fact that he was servicing another customer. In 40 minutes or less, he arrived and began the work. He was most kind and went to work immediately. My lawn was a disaster but he got the grass cut in both front and back just before it started to turn dark. I am forever grateful and will use Watts Landscaping again and will recommend this company to friends, neighbors, co-workers or any one who needs this company's services. If he is willing, Mr. Watts can become my permanent landscaper. Again my thanks to Home Advisors and Watts Landscaping for a job well done and in record time! Many excellent businesses would have given me an appointment for the next day and maybe beyond that due to their scheduling. Again my thanks to Home Advisors and Watts Landscaping Company!!!!!

Sean was very sensitive to our immediate sod replacement. His service and work were very very professional.

They didn't show up it took 5 phone calls and the guy showed up hours later to do a days work. Very unprofessional he didn't put anything that was supposed to happen. I expect the whole thing to be replaced.

God bless this man ! He was alone on a Saturday to install backyard sod. Small area but he came even though his guys did not show. Left everything clean, intact & would definitely hire hi again. Good work ethics, good to know there are still people out there like him !

Very good price for landscaping work. I had them trim bushes, clean up and mulch a big garden. Very nice company.

Great work but he arrived two hours after appointed time.
