First we hired someone un-licensed from Craig's list thinking that its a good deal. We had a really bad experience with that person. He could not do the job and left in the middle. Then we got to Wave connect via service magic. These guys did an awesome and very professional job. On top of that I relased now that they are less expensive than any of these guys on Craig's list. I am really impressed by the quality of the job, and professional attitude. The job was done within 2 days of me contacting srvice magic on their website. I received call from Waveconnect within 2 minutes of filling request on service magic website. Good job guys!

After having set an appointment, a week in advance with Digital Living only to have them cancel 15 minutes before they were scheduled, we contacted Wave Connects. They can to our home, were extremely professional, on-time and did an excellent job. We could not be more thrilled with their work. Time is money and it was nice to see someone respect our time as much as we respected theirs.

Paul was great -- fair price, fast service, and determined to get it right. There was an issue getting satellite radio working on the new receiver and he spent and extra 4-5 hrs working on it (no charge!) until he got it working. I'd highly recommend Paul to anyone for their AV and/or home automation needs!

My husband and I had a difficult denarii trying to mount a 55 inch tv into an existing built in. We had about 7 people come in and give bids ans suggest how they would tackle the situation. Paul was our last and we liked his price and idea so we went with him. Everything turned out fantastic!
