Wavelength installed our Generac just in time for hurricane season. What a great experience from sales to installation and startup. Peter, their sales rep, was very knowledgeable and addressed our questions and concerns. Derick and Joel showed up on installation day and had the generator ready for the county inspection by lunchtime. Finally, Henry completed the startup and programming and we now have peace of mind. Wavelength gave us a generator that was reasonably priced with no hidden costs. I would highly recommend Wavelength Electric if you are looking for a whole home generator.

Pete and Henry did an installation of 34 solar panels on my home in Malabar FL. They also previously installed a 24KW Generac whole home generator. For both installs they did an excellent job. They are very professional and perform the highest quality work. They are flexible with my making payment and in comparing costs with several other contractors they gave me the best price. I recommend the entire team of Wavelength Electric for any electrical job you need done.

I interviewed a few contractors to purchase and install a Generac standby generator. Peter contacted me within hours of my inquirery. He was very professional and inspired confidence. The other contactor I was considering gave me an estimate but never followed up and never answered my questions and they were 2 thousand dollars higher. Peter met with me and explained everything. Started work in 2 weeks. Derek (the electrician) and a worker came out on time. They took great care in mixing the concrete and poured an excellent slab. The next day they set the unit and did the electrical work. Very professional, all clean looked wonderful. The gas people came out and did a great job. a few days later it was inspected and passed w/o incident. Derik came back out and did the start up. He set the system up on my phone. He answered all of my questions. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I am so pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend them.

Peter, the rep was very professional, on time and always got back to me. His price for the same generator and install was thousands less then other companies and the job was done neatly and professionally.

The whole team were awesome! We met Peter first. He was professional, responded quickly and thoroughly to our many questions. Additionally, his quote was detailed, listing the cost of each item. We had a total of 6 quotes and Peter's was the only one to break out everything in detail. Wavelength's price was also the least expensive by $1,500 less than the closest price (We got one quote for $7,000 more than Wavelength!). We next met Derrick, the electrician doing the install. We had a rusty main panel (located on the outside of our house). Instead of simply adding the ATS next to the rusty main panel, Derrick recommended replacing the main panel with ATS, thus reducing the clutter on the side of house and removing the main panel eyesore. We took his advice and are very happy with the result. Derrick and Peter returned for the final "power-up" of the generator after all the inspections were conducted. They were great! Derrick got it all running and connected it to our wifi. He explained the operation in detail. The whole experience was excellent. Additionally, we have natural gas. Wavelength does not do the gas connections. However, they recommended All4One gas. We got several quotes from other gas contractors and All4One was the least expensive. They were also great! They did a very professional and neat job in connecting our gas and dealing with the inspectors.

Henry was very professional and provided a great recommendation. Derrick and Sergio installed the generator and were on time and did a professional job. Derrick came back after the natural gas was connected and completed the installation. I would definitely recommend Wavelength Electric.

Henry has been excellent. Because of his professional service, I have had little to organize or worry about. I like that! The two men who came to do the work were hard working and did a neat job. They did not leave a mess for me to clean up (like soda bottles sitting around or sandwich wrappers) , That is appreciated. I would certainly use Henry again.

Wavelength was the third contractor I have contacted. There's a saying,"Save the best for Last". That certainly applied to me and my contractor search to purchase and install a generator. Wavelength visited my home in mid-May. They provided a written estimate to me within hours. The estimate was significantly better than the two other companies I contacted. I acccepted their proposal, and shortly received a permit package from them that I completed and returned to them. Perhaps due to COVID 19, Brevard County took almost one month to approve the Permit. Within 3 days of Permit Approval, the generator was physically installed and house wiring connections all completed. The Natural Gas connection to the generator was installed on 1 July. The handover to me the customer was completed on 4 July. Throughout the whole process Henry at Wavelength stayed in communication with us and gave us periodic progress reports. His installation team was very professional and everything was completed ontime and right the first time. I would definitely recommend Wavelength as THE Contractor to do their generator installation also.
