He was not able to diagnose the problem accurately and wasn't able to fix my washing machine.

James responded promptly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher top drawer, ordered the necessary part and returned when the part arrived. It turned out there was additional breakage, James ordered the part and after it arrived he returned to complete the work. He is responsible, reliable and efficient. all for one fair fee. James arrived to install my new washer and dryer. Broke a clamp on the washer pedestal during installation and said he would order the part to fix the issue. Washer did not operate properly after install. James told me to use it over the weekend and he would return on Monday if still not working. James was scheduled to come back on Monday as the washer was unusable due to violent shaking. I called him and he said he would be here in the afternoon. Never showed and when I called back several times, he did not take my calls and has not responded still 5 days later. I had to hire another service person and he discovered that James failed to take out the shipping bolts which caused the washer to not operate properly as well as he failed to properly install all required screws in the pedestal clamp on the dryer. A week later I am still waiting to hear from James in reference to the damaged pedestal but I am not holding out any hope that he will actually fix what he broke. I do not recommend this company or James as any knowledgeable installer would have known to take out the shipping bolts prior to installation. Luckily, no permanent damage was done to my new washer due to his negligence.

The owner of Way Cool called me within 1/2 hour of my quote request on a Saturday and arrived at my home later that afternoon. After analyzing my refrigerator issue he quickly diagnosed the problem and returned with the factory replacement part the following Tuesday for the repair. Work was completed in a professional manner and the cost was very reasonable. The technician was both friendly and informative and he has access to a technical information source that is able to assist with solving complex repair issues for just about all major brands and types of appliances. James was outstanding! Our refrigerator died on a Friday evening, we called numerous appliance repair numbers but found that none worked on a weekend. Then we called Way Cool, and although they were not scheduled to work that weekend, James, the owner, came deduced that the compressor had died, ordered it, and when it came in installed it within a few days. Great service, courteous, highly recommended. We have his number on our speed dial! We live in Fords Colony, Williamsburg, if that helps to place us in geographical proximity to where you are.
