We Hired chad to remodel a basic bathroom that pretty much ended up looking worse when he claimed he was done than it was before he started. Completely unprofessional unacceptable work was performed. He should have paid me to touch it especially with the way it was left. If you?re considering this guy or his joke of a company run the other direction and run fast.

1 star is too good of a review for Chad and his company. Whatever you do- RUN AWAY and NEVER hire this person. I made the mistake of hiring Chad in 2023 after the derecho that went through Springfield. A tree fell on my sunroom and I hired him to rebuild the sunroom. Based on his pictures this seemed to be in his wheelhouse. There were problems from the beginning but I just assumed that this was due to supply issues and the need to make adjustments based on time and resources. Later I would come to realize that these were not supply issues but rather Chad 1. Not wanting to do something and 2. Clearly unable to complete the work correctly. We asked for a new sunroom built on an existing deck frame. The work entailed siding, flooring, painting, and electrical work. We talked about painting the outside of the structure to match the epoxy floor that we wanted. Chad sent design ideas and suggestions and we picked a couple examples of flooring that we wanted. Chad quickly came back and said the epoxy was not possible and he would paint the floor with a Freeform design. We thought that would work so we said yes. BIG MISTAKE!!!! The floor was the first issue and Chad did not work to accommodate our requests. Again, I am ok with changing direction as needed but this was a little disappointing from our end. Chad painted a design on the floor for us to preview. It looked like a toddler was given free time and a paint roller. It was ridiculous and I said no. We then quickly found out that Chad had no intention to paint the outside as had been previously discussed. Surprisingly we were informed that he bought pressure treated wood that could not be painted for a year. My jaw dropped to the floor as we had discussed paint colors for the outside at the beginning of the project. He said he would come back in 2024 to paint the outside. I have now reached out to him MULTIPLE times and on various platforms with NO response. Of course he would not follow through on his promises because his work is TERRIBLE. Now the painting and the floor is just one issue. Lets discuss the actual work that was completed. This guy has no idea what he is doing. He failed to attach the roof properly and so the whole porch is now a water feature. Every time it rains the roof opens open and floods because he did not construct the roof correctly to drain properly. At this point the entire structure has massive water damage and cant be used at all. I am afraid for my safety too because he rewired the ceiling to add a fan. I am very concerned that the water damage will start an electrical fire because of his pathetic work. He installed a screen door that cant latch because him and his team messed up the door frame entirely. It is not level. Speaking of level- I dont think this team owns one! Nothing is level in this room! He installed shelves around the room and they are all at different heights. The window frames are all framed out differently too. Again, a level would have done wonders. I honestly dont know why I want them to come back and finish painting because these folks decided that painters tape was not necessary. They did not use it so the paint is a mess and there are blotches and messed up spots all over. I think they used two different whites in the room because part of the room has a different shade then the other half- like I would not notice?! I was super upset when all this happened and I promised Chad I would not write a bad review if he kept his promises and finished the job. This dude has ignored multiple emails, texts, and calls so the true and accurate reviews will not stop. I will include pictures and videos of the rushing waterfall so others can enjoy the crap that this man claims as work. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER engage, hire, or use this person unless you want trash.

If wrong is good enough then you have found your crew

Great work just a little pricey. Didn't install 8 posts and I paid the price for him to install. They didn't need replaced but it was in the quote so I thought I'd get some off but I didn't. It turned out great otherwise.

Chad responded right away. The gate to my privacy fence was not correctly installed originally by another company. Heâ s knowledgeable & understood what I needed done. Chad is very personable with a great sense of humor. I have asked him about additional projects & I will definitely call him.

I have hired him to work on a rental property. General stuff like framing, drywall, painting, handyman type of stuff. He's helped me on about half a dozen projects over the past 2 years, and naturally I would recommend him.
