Customer service was great. Product was great. I had no problems at all at the time I bought the new garage door opener. I paid by check that day. Then, a month later I got a bill, so I called the local office, and he said ignore the bill... that happens a lot. Now this week I got another bill. Is their poor bookkeeping going to affect my credit? This happened on June 20th and they still think I had not paid them.
