They made initial contact with us within two days of our request. They gave us price for installing the garage door, taking away the damaged door and reconnecting the garage door opener. The price was better than the local "big box store". The installer was here on the date we set. Three hours later the job was done and proper ajustment made to the opener. He picked up any debris and politely departed. No complaints here.

I was happy to get an appt for the next morning after my call (a 4 hr window, of course), but the repairman was still late. He did a fine and quick job, though, so all in all if was a good repair experience.

Salesman was timely in his call to me, showed up for the appt on time and was prepared to measure and provide a quote. The pricing was fair in comparison with others I had already reviewed and was less expensive than big box stores.
