We had a room addition added on to our home which included adding a front porch and it was an extensive remodel. The roof line on our home needed to be changed and they did a fantastic job. We had them put a new roof on, new gutters and siding. The house looks amazing!

The outcome is beautiful. I am very happy with it! The build took longer than I had hoped, but within the 90 day window that I was told it could be. Weather has an impact, as well as each contractor. You are sometimes on hold for a few days until you are worked into each contractor's availability. Overall they did an excellent job of lining everyone up as strategically as possible. Adding on a room addition is an invasive process, no matter how streamlined you try to make it. There are also some details to be ironed out along the way that you don't always anticipate. Be prepared to have some interruption to your life during any project of this magnitude. It is different than building a new home in that the construction is all around you while you are going about your daily routine. Wayne Johnson Homes does an excellent job of respecting your lifestyle and working with you to make it as convenient as they can for you. And I could always trust his judgment and his advice.

They have done two additions on our home and we have been satisfied both times. Wayne is a nice and dependable man to work with.

The work was great but we did have some issues it that needed taken care of and it took awhile to get them to respond to us and come fix the issues. I think it could have been handled a little better.
