HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO FIX THE FREEZER. THEY DID NOT CALL EVEN AFTER I CALLED AND EMAILED TO FIND OUT WHERE HE WAS. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. Wayne Lee came for a service call to diagnose the problem with my freezer. He was very nice and helpful. His assistant Jasmine was very nice and helpful providing information so I could file a claim with the warranty company. We made an appointment for him to fix the freezer. I called them three days before the appointment to confirm. They never called me back. I called and emailed the next two days to confirm and I never heard back. I waited around all day hoping he would arrive because they were so nice and I wanted to support their new company. I am extremely disappointed. It is extremely unprofessional to not return calls or honor a scheduled appointment.
Prompt and professional. Showed up and got right to work. Informed me of the issue and then fixed the problem. Will call them in the future if anything lse breaks.

Arrived within the expected time window and was respectful of wearing a mask and shoe covers. He diagnozed the issue with my refrigerator and let us know that our compressor was still under warranty so to avoid the cost we should contact the manufacturer. I would use them again.
The guy was late. They stated that they would be there between 3 and 6 the guy came out after 6 pm during peoples dinner time. They are not giving me the diagnostic report which I paid for. The guy was rude and argumentative. The guy told me I had to look up the part and the model number. Very unprofessional and unethical.
In all fairness there s nothing to report because refrigerator never started back up. To replace compressor was about $800. He explained to me. I will try to plug back up and see what happens but the refrigerator had lights but no action. No cold. No freezing. No ice maker. I did research prior and that s what it told me COMPRESSOR. He charged $70 so I feel good about that. Wish my refrigerator would have started tho.
