Wayne's Construction -- The Hands-on Contractor Wayne did two separate construction projects on my house. First, a complete kitchen and livingroom remodel that involved the removal of a weight-bearing wall, structural beam reinforcement and the creation of a bar area. Wayne also expanded a doorway to create a more open feel to the new "great room" and remodeled the fireplace to fit the contemporary design. Next, Wayne expanded a small room in the house that had been added by a previous owner without permits. The new addition has a remodeled fireplace, a new full bath with a custom tile shower, and it is fully permitted. Wayne does excellent work because he actually loves what he does. He is a fully licensed and insured General Contractor. When you hire him you get him until the end of the job. He shows up everyday and he works. Wayne subcontracts some things, but is always on site. Wayne always cleans up at the end of the day and he always keeps the client informed. His bids are good, and I wish I had the money because I'd like to contract him to do more work on my home. Wayne builds like an old school artisan. I can't recommend him highly enough.
