Pretty good with communication. Always responded to my phone calls. Cleaned up well after work was completed.

Wayne was competitively priced and was a very nice person to work with, however the work performed left a great deal to be desired. The start date was pushed back three times with little or no notification. His employees seemed to lack attention to detail, and did a slow, sub-standard job. The work was sloppy and incomplete, and the quality had to be monitored closely or the work would not be completed properly. Wayne also requested an additional draw on the 50 percent balance which was to be paid upon completion in order to finish the project. Wayne went over his timeline by nearly a month, and also left demolition debris for me to dispose of.

Wayne is a nice guy, he completed the job on time with good results. I will hire Wayne in the future for my drywall projects or what ever project I have.

Wayne is such a hard worker! He said what he was going to do and he did it! He was friendly and courteous, and we would hire him again in a second!

I had to clean paint off outlets, switches, window, and floor. I expected those items to be taped off before painting.

We have not started the work yet, but so far we are very impressed with the service and timiliness in keeping appointments.

Wayne has provided an excellent job of bathroom tiling and drywall replacement in timely manner. Also installed new toilets on both bathrooms, where we had some problem due to old/obsolete parts. Wayne spent lots of time and effort to correct the problem. My hats off to Wayne for his tenacity to perform best solution as possible. I highly recommend Wayne for most of the handyman task.
